Part Time Receptionist Job Opening

We are looking for a PART-TIME receptionist to join our team. Must be able to work afternoons on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

We are a busy Medical/Chiropractic/ Rehabilitation Center. Previous medical and workers compensation experience preferred. Applicant should possess the following abilities, as these are some tasks that are required throughout the work day:

*QUICK and EAGER LEARNER- We are in a fast paced environment; therefore we need someone that can easily adapt to the work flow as it is going on. Always be willing to learn new things, TAKE INITIATIVE and be RESOURCEFUL as to figure out solutions to problems independently.

* Ability to multi-task: answer phones, assist patients as needed, schedule appointments, set-up patient charts, assist provider with clerical needs, etc.

* Good verbal communication skills and computer skills a must.
