On-Call Clinician, 7 days on/7 days off Job Opening

The On-Call Clinician works 7 consecutive days subject to the listed shift hours, followed by 7 consecutive days off. Weekday shifts (Monday – Friday): 5 p.m. – 8 a.m. Weekend shifts (Saturday, Sunday): 8 a.m. – 8 a.m. Holiday shifts: 8 a.m. – 8 a.m.

The On-Call Clinician provides mental health services to Agency clients outside of normal business hours through telephone response to clients in crisis and on-site consults at Mat-Su Regional Hospital when indicated. Mileage reimbursed.

Must have: Master’s degree in Social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. License or license-eligible status preferred. Knowledge of DSM 4 TR and DSM 5. Demonstrated knowledge of case management, organizational and administrative skills, service utilization, and outcomes measurement.

Must have: Clear fingerprint based background check; current driver’s license; clear driving record history.

The position is eligible for health insurance coverage, paid holidays and PTO and for allowances for medical and dental services at the employer clinics.

$50,000 to 60,000+ /year depending on license and experience.
