Advanced Practice Clinician - GI Job Opening

Advanced Practice Provider needed for Saltzer Health GI clinic to provide high quality, cost-effective Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner level patient care within the scope of practice allowed under licensure and certification for the department.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications required for the job)

Education:

• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Experience:

• One to 5 years of clinic practice experience preferred or equivalent in similar field

Licenses/Certifications:

• License by the State of Idaho NP/PA – Federal DEA license and Idaho State Board of Pharmacy License. Certification of Nurse Practitioner must hold "Family" designation
