Registered Nurse Job Opening

Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with people of all abilities.

Qualifications:

• A valid Rhode Island Nursing license without disciplinary actions
• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience
• Must have a clean criminal background
• Basic computer skills

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Nursing case management in a group home setting
• Attendance of multidisciplinary team meetings
• Coordinating healthcare needs with multiple providers, attending physician appointments as necessary
• Visits to group homes on a routine basis
• Effective communication style with staff, individuals supported, and families
• Training direct support staff
