Director of Technical Services Job Opening

Express Employment Professionals in Grand Forks, ND is actively recruiting for a Director of Technical Services to join the family of one of our client companies located in Brookings, SD.

The Director of Technical Services is responsible for all technical aspects of company products. This is a management position which support the needs of customers, nutritionists, sales team, and Value-Added Re-sellers (VAR) by utilizing knowledge, expertise, customer feedback, and current research. This position will also focus on supporting add-on sales with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction by providing product quality information as well as analysis, research, and results from research trials and other sources of credible information. This position is located in Brookings, SD. The position requires local and out-of-state travel.

Education and Experience:

• An advanced degree in ruminant nutrition with preference given to PhD;
• 5 to 10 years’ practical experience in dairy nutrition and the feed industry;
• Experience with applied animal research and product development
