Nurse Practioner Job Opening

Home Medical Services is seeking a full time nurse practitioner for our patients in Davis and Weber counties. NP will provide primary care for elderly patients in their homes. Many of them reside in assisted living facilities. You will be responsible for obtaining patient history, conducting patient visits and assessments, reviewing and changing medications, arranging for additional care and supporting patients and families. Ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving skills and must have the ability to multitask. Will have a medical assistant at all visits. Dependable vehicle is needed.

Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
