Established and growing behavioral health agency seeking a Full-Time Crisis Intervention Therapist.

Crisis team provides crisis assessments, safety planning and linkage to services. Be part of an innovative mobile crisis team that provides services at the agency, schools, partner agencies, clients homes, and elsewhere in the community (determined to be safe) in an effort to intervene and set up services and resources needed before the crisis becomes an emergency requiring hospitalization and higher levels of intervention. This position will also be conducting assessments in partnership with the Fairfield County Jail.

License required (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/MFT). Must work well in crisis situations and convey respect, warmth and hope, be highly organized and sensitive to the cultural needs of each client and family.
