Child / Adolescent Clinical Therpist - In-Home Team Job Opening

Thank you for your interest in the Children's In-Home Therapist for our Athens Limestone Counseling Center office. Please review the job duties carefully. One year of post Master's experience working with children is required for this position.

DUTIES:

• Provide short term, crisis intervention in homes and community of clients and their families.
• Coordinate and enhance In-Home services with services of others (i.e. school, mental health, youth services, court).
• Assume leadership role in project, organize and administer program as assigned by Executive Director.
• Maintain high quality client record management.
• Be available for emergency calls.
• Meet required productivity expectations.

MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS:

• Education: Master’s degree in a mental health related field (social work, counseling, psychology) with a clinical practicum.
• Experience: At least one year post master’s experience with children and adolescents or family therapy.
• Licensure: Current Alabama driver's license, eligibility for coverage under Center liability insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
• Skills: Ability to relate well to clients, a multi-disciplinary staff and the community, ability to work with a team. Must demonstrate and continue to show merit.
