We are seeking an excellent Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team! Our office is a new family owned dental specialty practice providing the highest quality of service to patients in east Tennessee.

Job Description: Dental Assistants are responsible for welcoming patients to our practice, assisting the doctor chairside during evaluations and treatment, preparing patient electronic health records, sterilizing and preparing instruments, disinfecting and setting up operatories, taking radiographs, reviewing treatment instructions with patients, answering and returning patient phone calls, monitoring and ordering supplies, working closely with referral offices, assisting in confirming appointments and scheduling, and various office tasks.

Qualifications required:

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional… able to provide 5-Star Service!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable job attendance and can be relied on to perform daily tasks.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed in the state of Tennessee as a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, state and federal regulations, and office policies.
