The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Licensed Independent Social Worker, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, or a Licensed Master Social Worker for a Community Health Center in Osceola, IA.

Practice Details:

• Clinic Hours: Flexible
• Patients: Depends on scheduled
• Current Staff: An interdisciplinary team between the locations of Southern Iowa. Would have access to Psychiatrists, substance abuse staff, and other therapists
• In need of a LISW, LMHC, LMFC, or LMSW
• Clinical experience and willingness to provide behavioral health services for children and adolescents
