Nurse Manager Medical / Surgical (Med/Surg)

Nealy Pierce has been retained by a 200-bed independent nonprofit Level II Trauma Center to help them identify and attract an inspirational leader for their Medical-Surgical Unit. This role will focus on the day-to-day operations of a 28-bed medical-surgical unit at a tertiary referral center offering a progressive, state-of-the-art service line. You will collaborate with a strong team of Providers, Nurses, and other skilled staff to provide the highest level of patient care to the community. You will be supported by dedicated charge nurses and work with other managers and an engaged administrative team to impact the quality of care provided. This is an amazing opportunity to lead one of the top programs in the state for one of the nation's top hospitals.

We are looking for:

• BSN prepared RN with a passion for empowering nurses and impacting an organization (Masters is a plus)
• Previous leadership experience in an acute hospital Med/Surg or Acute Care setting at the charge, coordinator, assistant manager or manager levels
• Someone with an INSPIRATIONAL leadership style who people gravitate towards and love to collaborate with and who can work well in any situation as a leader
