NAII/Patient Care Tech Job Opening

Nursing Assistant II/Patient Care Tech: Responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse utilizing skills as outlined in the scope of practice by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Responsible for the processing of medical record orders. Able to access entire facility, lift and transport patients, supplies, and equipment. Maintaining adequate supply and equipment inventory; requisitions for repairs/replacement of supplies. Functions as Nursing Assistant II and unit secretary in the Emergency Department and/or Medical-Surgical Unit. Varied shifts, may include weekdays, weeknights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications: High School graduate or GED. Current and active NC Nursing Assistant Levels I & II certifications required. CPR certification within first year of employment. Clerical skills to include computer skills.
