Dental Financial Coordinator - Full Time, Benefits, Parking, 401K Job Opening

Full time Financial Coordinator/Reception needed for high touch and technology general dentist practice. The office is located in the Keeaumoku and S. King Street area and we work M,Tu,W, and F. Our office observes the state and federal holiday schedule.

We are not your typical dental office! All of our team members are high performing and are well compensated! We also are looking for the right person to join our team since September and will search for someone until we find the right fit. We have yet to hire someone for the position as of yet.

Must be people and customer service oriented with a great and outgoing attitude. Attention to detail is a necessary trait. Excellent communication skills (telephone and in-person) are also required. We are looking for someone who has dental experience and are familiar with dental terminology. Experience in filing dental claims and working with patient financing companies is a strong trait we are looking for and great computer skills are welcomed. Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience and fit.

After a trial period is complete, benefits include medical, dental, paid holidays, and paid continuing education. After a qualifying period, 401K and profit sharing is also available. Covered staff parking and business trip expense is provided.
