Weight Loss Coach Job Opening

We are ready to invest in the right person for our West Valley City clinic.

Spanish Very Helpful, but not necessary as we may give Spanish clients to the Spanish speaking hire and the English clients to the English hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We will train all of this below and it is very easy for you to learn.

Apply a very effective Laser Weight Loss system (belt and straps with lasers) to patients desired areas. Coach them through weight loss desires and goals. (If desired you can help with other duties regarding patient care as well such as; Write down patient history, pains, health problems and explain our procedures about the joints, nerves, possible injections

• Explain to clients our Weight loss laser machine and explain prices and payment plans. Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• If desiring more than just the weight loss machine position, you can Explain X rays to patients and treatments recommended by Doctors, Nurse Practitioner's etc. Our clinic provides, Medical Treatment, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage, Injections and Exercise and Exercise Gym
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of what is wrong with the patient. Again we will train and general employees with no experience have all learned how to explain these procedures to patients.

• Report to the Executive Director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous sales experience is a huge plus
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & explaining care plans and pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
