Crisis/Criminal Justice Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker Job Opening

Under general direction, the Criminal Justice Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker assesses, counsels, and provides crisis intervention to those in need at Catalyst, in residential facilities, to inmates at the Richland County jail in Mansfield, Ohio, as well as to those involved in the court system; refers for services as needed and appropriate; maintains contact with criminal justice system staff to coordinate ongoing treatment; works with Catalyst staff and court administration to ensure protocols are followed; educates staff on mental health needs of those involved in the criminal justice system; and coordinates treatment for those involved with various court systems.

Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Licensure requirement: LSW, PC, MFT._ LISW, PCC, IMFT preferred_.
