Addison Pointe Health and Rehabilitation is now offering FREE Certified Nurse Assistant Training Program. The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience. Upon completion of the training, students are prepared for the Indiana State Certification Exam. After the program the facility will work help place students in full time or part time positions.

Training Includes:

• 120 hour state approved training
• No charge for training
• Training for a high-demand profession
• Clinical patient experience
• On-site Trainer that specifically focuses on students

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Pass English, reading and math competency test
• Must pass criminal background and drug screen
