Laboratories and/or pharmacies are located in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington.

Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a talented Field Team Supervisor (Field Operations Manager) to join our team. As a Field Operations Manager you will lead, support and develop a dynamic team of 25-35 Laboratory Collection Specialists in KY, TN, GA, and VA. Additional geographies may be assigned as our teams grow.

The Field Operations Manager is a key role within our company, so if you have experience in account management, leadership, and team development, you're the type of candidate we want in this position. The schedule for this position will typically be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, but you must also be relatively available outside of standard working hours to handle time-sensitive issues and provide support to your remote team.

Essential Responsibilities: :
  • Customer Service, Leadership and Team Development
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience from the first day for our clients
  • Recruiting and Leading your team
  • Ongoing development of team members
  • Live and remote new Laboratory Collection Specialist training
  • Supporting clients through adequate staffing and coverage
  • Traveling within the assigned territory as needed
  • Supporting other members of the Field Operations Management Team.
  • Payroll
    • Other duties or tasks may be assigned periodically by immediate supervisor
  • - Travel 75%- local travel with occasional overnights required :

Education and Experience::
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience will be considered.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, as regular local travel will be required.
  • Experience with leading and developing a team

  • Must be able to work in fast paced environments efficiently

  • Must be willing to fill in for LCS to ensure samples are not missed
