LPN, Family Care Center Job Opening

The LPN assists in coordinating a plan of care for assigned patients and families and provides input to the RN in developing and evaluating the plan on a consistent basis. The provision of care includes direct care activities. Specific components of the Licensed Practical Nurse role include performing clinical skills and nursing procedures; documenting patient care and assisting the Registered Nurse in managing/coordinating patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships through communication and other appropriate skills; fostering professional development for self and fulfilling responsibilities as demonstrating clinical expertise per specialty and/or developmental level.

Job requirements: Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing. Current R.I. LPN licensure
