LPN-Clinic Triage Nurse Job Opening

LPN to work one on one with physicians in clinic

• Generate visit notes in the EMR and fill in/complete as specified by the physician.
• Review each medication with the patient and update chart list.
• Record vital signs and convey to the physician
• Perform EKG
• Prepare patient for type of examination required
• Assist physicians with obtaining information regarding the patient’s care/needs
• Complete and sign Pre-procedure orders and consents as requested by physician
• Send refills as authorized by the physician
• Stock and maintain treatment rooms
• Call patients with results of labs and other testing as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 to $18.50 /hour

Experience:

• Ekg: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

• LPN (Preferred)
