We are looking for a Quality Nurse Educator to develop a preceptor program to support our Home Care and Hospice clinicians. This position is compensated at a full-time rate and is eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
The Quality Nurse Educator is responsible for overseeing the orientation of and ongoing training of clinical staff. The ideal candidate is an experienced registered nurse who has strong communication skills and a desire to provide guidance and support to staff. This person will work in collaboration with our Chief Quality Officer to ensure that our clinical staff are delivering safe, high-quality care in an efficient and cost-effective manner to patients in their home setting.
