Director of Nursing - full time - in Anniston, Alabama

NHC Anniston, located midway between Birmingham and Atlanta, is looking for an RN ready to lead the nursing team at this beautiful 155 bed skilled nursing facility. The qualified applicant for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, excellent communication skills, be dependable and flexible and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of the geriatric population.

Requirements:

• Must be an RN ( Registered Nurse) and currently licensed in Alabama
• Must have professional experience in the practice of geriatrics, nursing administration, and other related areas
• Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Prior experience as a DON preferred, but not required
