LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Opening

Dr. Alvin Bell is currently hiring a full-time licensed LPN to work in his office in Montclair, NJ. The role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Essential job functions:

• Assumes accountability for the quality of care, which he/she has delivered.
• Prioritizes patient care by implementing physician's orders and nursing procedures.
• Documents appropriately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Prepares pertinent information neededprior topatient visit.
• Assures all patients are correctly identified prior to providing and documenting care.

• Maintains efficient office work flow.
• Employs appropriate and timely use ofdocumentationin EHR.
• Schedules appointments appropriately and accurately according to office guidelines.
• Effectively communicates problems, concerns or issues to the physician.
• Acts as a liaison among patients, providers, pharmacies and insurance companies to address and/or resolve problems, inquiries and concerns including laboratory tests, prior authorizations, insurance benefits/coverage, and prescription renewal.

Salary is negotiable based on experience
