Job Responsibilities:
NAR’s are responsible for the care, comfort and safety of our residents in all activities of daily living. They will assist with rehabilitation and other duties according to established routine, and as instructed by the Shift Supervisors or Charge Nurse. We currently have various part time day, evening and night positions available. All positions are scheduled an every other weekend and would participate in the holiday rotation.
GRHS offers a great shift differential and competitive benefits; starting wage is $15.53 hourly. Health and Dental insurance available for a .6 (48 hours per two week pay period) position and above. Also, we are currently building a brand new facility! Click here to learn more.

Job Qualifications:
Seeking highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and genuine compassion for geriatric population. Candidate must have current NAR certification from an accredited institution (or be in the process of obtaining) and be registered with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry (or willingness to obtain).
Genuine caring demeanor, willingness to serve others and smiles are a must!
