School Program Coordinator Job Opening

The school program coordinator manages and supervises the school grief support group program. This position conducts grief support groups with children and teens in Colbert, Lauderdale, and Franklin County schools. Travel to these schools is required. Responsibilities include: maintain collaborative relationships with area counselors and school administrators, train and supervise volunteers/interns, develop material for program structure, respond to schools and other community groups when crisis occurs, represent agency at community marketing booths, and speaking engagements. This position also shares responsibility for planning and implementation of agency's annual Healing hearts Day Camp.
