The Registered Nurseis responsible for:

  • Providing quality and safe delivery of home health care services by implementing current standards of nursing practice. Demonstrates competency in necessary clinical skills.
  • Establishing a plan of care and clinical pathway based on the physician’s orders, with periodic revisions as necessary, and following those physicians’ orders.
  • Reducing any Verbal Order to writing (the day it is given) to be signed by the physician.

Qualified candidates will have a current Registered Nurse license and at least 6 months of Home Health experience.

  • Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Registered Nurse: 3 years (Preferred)

License:

  • BLS, ACLS (Preferred)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) (Preferred)
