Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Opening

SXR Medical, LLC is currently looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Tulsa, OK area to work as an independent contractor serving our veterans.

We are a multi-state disability evaluations service providing evaluations in 17 locations within 11 states nationwide.

All of our facilities are nontreatment and provide a full support staff of Medical Assistants and Scribes that do all data entry, medical record reviews, and diagnostics for our provider staff. Our providers only perform the evaluations and do not determine a claimant’s disability rating.

The hours of operation for all locations are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional weekend operations available if needed to meet our scheduling demand.

Our providers are allowed flexible scheduling based on your availability, and our current need is for a provider than can provide 32-40 hours per week of scheduling.

Requirements for this position include:

• 2 years recent post graduate experience after a Master’s program in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Must have a Master's Degree from an accredited school.
• Must have a clean active license for this state.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
