Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of KY
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Long term care experience preferred
• Verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write and document accurately

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assists residents in all activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Documents all care given to residents
• Answers call lights promptly
• Assists with transferring, positioning, and ambulation of residents.
• Works as a member of the team to provide superior care for the residents we serve
• Communicates effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
