Elements Massage is opening in Sherwood. (also we have openings at our West Linn Studio)

We are seeking responsible Therapeutic Massage Therapists to join our team. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. We will invest in your personal and professional growth by providing ongoing training and have designed this position with you in mind.

What we require of our LMT's:

Conduct massage sessions on schedule and in a professional manner
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts
Be knowledgeable of massage techniques and modalities that you practice
Good personal hygiene
Give professional feedback and recommendations to clients.

Because we are a therapeutic massage studio, you will be able to use your knowledge and training by working with a multitude of clients - from athletes to pregnant women to clients with chronic issues such as herniated and bulging discs, fibromyalgia and chronic low back pain.

Description

Qualifications:

• Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point skills will be called on regularly; Prenatal and Hot Stone certifications a plus but not required..
• Strong communication and evaluation skills to assess client needs, establish treatment plan and deliver professional treatment recommendations.
• Valid STATE License, Professional Liability Insurance.
• Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Average shift length is 4 to 6 hours with the possibility of completing 4 -5 massages in one day. Must be available to work at least one evening shift and weekends.
