JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
The Associate Director of Clinical Project Management provides leadership in facilitating the management of the multiple Phase I-IV clinical research trials across geographies and in collaboration with all functional areas to assure sponsor expectations are met or exceeded.

The Associate Director of Clinical Project Management provides leadership in facilitating the management of the multiple Phase I-IV clinical research trials across geographies and in collaboration with all functional areas to assure sponsor expectations are met or exceeded.
What You'll Do
- Plan, implement, facilitate and evaluate the full execution of assigned clinical trials;
- Oversee management of multiple clinical trials from the planning phase to the analysis phase for delivery to client; usually functions as a global lead.
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned Clinical Project Managers deliver their projects on time, on budget and with a high level of quality.
- Synthesize and analyze project information and report the outcomes to CTI and client senior management.
- Serve as the high-level external operational contact at the project level.
- Provide leadership in process improvement activities and initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy or health science, preferably with clinical trial management experience
- 7 to 9 years of clinical research experience, or 2 years of experience in CTI project management demonstrating a clear and thorough understanding of the operation of all functional areas
