Crisis Clinician Job Opening

Department: Emergency Services Description: Full time, exempt;$50K/year + DOE and licensure. The Crisis Clinician provides psychiatric emergency crisis intervention, through telephone or face to face response to clients in crisis at Mat Su Health Services locations, Mat-Su Regional Hospital, or other community locations on a case by case basis as requested. Provides daytime walk-in interventions at main MSHS location and maintains a small clinical case load with negotiated revenue. Provides assertive follow-up to individuals served through our PES program crisis intervention process to increase engagement to ongoing service. This is a Day shift position; however the incumbent may periodically participate in additional on-call coverage which may include nights and/or weekends, as needed. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. License or license-eligible status preferred. 2 years of experience working in mental health setting preferred.
