"Until you understand your customers - deeply and genuinely - you cannot truly serve them" - Rasheed Ogunlaru

If you're ready for a place to grow in your career as a certified dental assistant, consider joining our new biologic dental office. Our practice is integrated within the BioMed Center, recognizing the mouth/body connection with a philosophy of comprehensive holistic evidence-based care and treatment. As part of a patient-centered team, you are dedicated to treating each adult and child as a whole person, with emphasis on proactive dentistry, treatment of disease, and optimizing overall health and wellness. Your peers include general dentists and specialists, medical and naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, RNs, RDHs, medical assistants, nutritional therapists and others.

During co-discovery exams and conversation, and partnering with other team members, you create opportunities for patients to learn about their health so they can make their best decisions for care. Digital imaging (including cone beam CT), intra-oral cameras, and paperless charting (EagleSoft) help you increase patient understanding and awareness.

Candidates must have excellent assisting skills, including radiology certification and four-handed assisting as well as sterilization processes. Training for assisting during SMART mercury amalgam removal, laser therapy, PRF, and IV sedation will be provided. The position is PART-TIME with current needs every Tuesday and potential expansion to full time Monday-Thursday.

If you're serious about working to your fullest abilities as a dental assistant, write us a letter. Tell us why you want to join our team and how you'll make a difference for our practice and patients. You may also include your resume and the best times to contact you. Resumes without a letter of significance will not be considered.
