Caring Hands Health Solutions is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team in catering to various patient in Howard County, Baltimore County/City, PG County, Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas.

Job Description

A care-giving professional providing quality home-based personal care and other related services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures; functions under the supervision, direction, and instruction of a Registered Nurse, and in accordance with an approved Plan of Care; comply with federal, state and local guidelines for all services.

Interested candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

Qualifications/ Certification/training:

• Certified Nursing Assistant by Maryland Board of Nursing
• Current CPR/First Aid
• Abuse & Neglect (no secret)
• Bloodborne Pathogen
• Current Physical exam and PPD/X-ray within the last year
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass Maryland Background check
• Able to lift, position and transfer patient
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Open/Flexible availability, able to work various shifts during the week to include weekends

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates on client’s Plan of Care
• Provides nursing care within the scope of practice as defined by state law
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide assistance with transportation needs
• Maintains a clean and safe environment
• Follows infection control procedures
• Maintains client privacy and confidential client information

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalency (Required)

Job Types: contractual

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hr

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour

• Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
