Rosedale Green is a 176 Long Term Care bed community that is looking for a passionate Director of Nursing to join our team of incredible caregivers! The ideal candidate must have strong clinical and leadership skills, able to embrace change, develop and implement policies, excellent communication skills, compassionate, thorough documentation skills and passionate about quality improvement.

This position does require at least 5 years’ experience as a Director of Nursing. This is a great opportunity for a DON that is looking to grow within an organization. Rosedale Green recently expanded and opened another community Emerald Trace in Elsmere, Kentucky. Emerald Trace has 34 Short Term Rehab beds, 20 Personal Care beds and 20 Long Term Care beds. This position will also be responsible for clinical compliance that encompasses both communities and will ensure policies are being carried out by working closely with the Director of Nursing at Emerald Trace.

Requirements for Consideration include:

Registered Nurse in good standing with required current Kentucky state license.
Must have BSN, MSN preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in long-term care and/or acute care setting required.
Minimum of five (5) years Director of Nursing experience required.
Must have a current/active CPR certification.
Significant technical experience and demonstrated leadership/management skills
Experience with Matrix a plus.
