We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist who can work independently, as well as assist our manager. Position requires clerical/administrative functions and daily contact with our customers at our self storage facility.

Interviews will be scheduled from online application/resume submission only. Absolutely NO phone calls accepted.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Enter and maintain information in management software
  • Daily invoicing and autobilling
  • Take payments via walk-in, phone and mail
  • Lease units to customers
  • Properly file paperwork and other office tasks
  • Answer rate/availability questions about units
  • Learn management software system - including troubleshooting
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and return calls left on company voicemail
  • Assist Manager with collection of past due rent - when directed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate with customers and promote our product

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour

Experience:

  • customer service oriented office administration: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
