Registered Nurse (Hours 8:45 pm to 7:15 am) Job Opening

We are looking for a caring and qualified RN for the Summit Rehab Unit. The position is full-time and 70 hours per pay period. Job Duties are not limited to:

• Ensure patient safety
• Manage and coordinate patient/resident care on the Rehab Unit
• Make assignments for C.N.A.'s
• Make rounds with physicians
• Take and follow physician's orders
• Contact physicians as needed
• Assess change in resident's condition
• Notify patient representative of resident's change in condition
• Admit patients to the Rehab Unit
• Complete patient weekly assessments
• Start IV fluids
• Administer IV medications
• Change dressings
• Train new employees
• Order supplies
• Discharge residents
• Other duties as assigned
