LPN or RN Charge Nurse Full-Time 2nd & 3rd Shifts (Monday-Friday) 3p-11p

Must be in good standing & currently licensed by the State.Routine functions of assigned area as a Charge Nurse in providing nurse care to residents under the direction of nursing supervisors & prescribed by physician & in accordance with standards of nursing practices & regulations.
