Customer Service Representative- Receptionist Job Opening

The purpose of this position is to serve as a receptionist, in accordance with the high standards set by Indian Hills Animal Clinic. The receptionist will provide exceptional client service, act as the pets advocate with every client, every contact, every time, and create a first and lasting impression that conveys Indian Hills Animal Clinic's standard of excellence.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and reservations for all services offered at Indian Hills Animal Clinic.
• General clerical duties including but not limited to postage, faxes, copies, and electronic filing.
• Invoice, collect, and handle all forms of payment for services and products.
• Properly care for and maintain office equipment.
• Knowledge of the spelling and meaning of commonly used terminology of veterinary medicine.
