BH Care Coordinator Job Opening

The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements, which may be inherent in the position.

Coordinates and plans daily activities for the Behavior Health Unit. Evaluates, plans, implements and documents therapeutic care for the psychiatric patient population. Assists physician during psychiatric assessment and mental status exam. Conducts individual and group psychotherapy sessions. Educates others in group activities and follows groups and documentation of others to ensure compliance is met. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Master’s Degree in Social Work

Licensed Master in Social Work, LCSW, or PIP
