Massage Therapist (Part-time) Job Opening

The Spa at Turf Valley is in need of an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Turf Valley family!

We are in need of 2 PT LMT's to work every other weekend Friday 9-8 Saturday 9-8 and Sunday 9-5. We may be able to offer some flexibility with this. We schedule each service for one hour with a 30-minute turn over as well as an hour lunch break. There may be an opportunity to work some other days during the week if interested.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Spa Massages and/or body treatments as needed
• Sell related body products if necessary
• Assist in maintenance of back bar for all massage products
• The ideal candidate has knowledge or is willing to learn body wraps and scrubs.

Skills & Requirements:

• MUST have a valid Maryland Massage Therapist License
• NOTE: Your application will not be considered if you do not have a valid MD MT License listed in your application. Proof of License will be requested and required during the interview.
• Must be certified in Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy and stone massage.
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbs.
• Availability requirements:
• Ability to work an average of 30 hours per week
• Job requires working some nights and weekends
• Ability to work every other weekend
