At Dr. Calvin's Clinic we have referred out for a long time for pain injections, trigger point injections and pain management regarding our auto accident cases. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to be able to provide these services in our office now. We are also providing Stem Cell injections. Anyone not knowing how to perform these will be trained by our management team. You will be totally confident by the time you start. We provide an integrated approach to care using Medical, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage and exercise. Our name change will be Calvin Medical soon as of May, 2019. We even have a 2500 sq ft gym connected with our business providing group training with a Certified Personal Trainer at one hour sessions. We are well known throughout the valley and State of Utah among the Latino community. We are always trying to help more English Speaking patients as well and have about 20-30% English Speaking patients at this time. We are seeking someone who is open minded to be able to work with these fields and professions above.

As a Nurse Practitioner you will provide direct patient care and/or clinical services to patients in West Valley City, Utah and if desired, soon to be Ogden and Provo locations as well.

Responsibilities

Diagnose medical conditions.
Medical terminology.
Assessment, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of patients; determines the degree of disabilities of the patients.
Trigger Point Injections,
Stem Cell Injections (we will have you trained in these areas if needed)
Pain Management (no opioids)
Medical consultation in specialized areas of knowledge.
Interpreting Results.
Perform medical procedures.

Qualifications
Required

Nurse Practitioner must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Utah.
