Registered Nurse (GoodHEALTH Internal Medicine) Job Opening

The Community Health Centers of Burlington are recruiting for a Registered Nurse at GoodHEALTH Internal Medicine. This is a great opportunity to join the CHCB health care team! The CHCB RN manages and coordinates high quality care for our patients to achieve optimal patient-centered care, decrease barriers to treatment, and improve health outcomes. Registered Nurses facilitate patient care activities and patient flow and are responsible for assisting with patient triage, patient care documentation and being an integral part of the clinical team. Basic Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Licensure
• Good standing with Vermont State Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Strong clinical skills, and able to thrive in a fast paced medical team environment
• Familiarization with electronic medical record and electronic scheduling systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, anticipate needs, creatively problem solve and take initiative to improve patient care at CHCB
