Job Purpose:


The Executive Assistant is at the heart of the success of TFLiving. They are responsible for assisting company leadership with direct reporting and responsibilities. This person will serve as a key relationship builder to both our internal teams and external accounts. As a key role in a start-up environment, the Executive Assistant will be responsible developing reports, organizing emails, building spreadsheets, data input, scheduling and other support tasks. This individual works closely with the executive team to achieve overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Work with the executive staff to help with scheduling, reports, logistics, emails and other support tasks
  • Work closely with each division to help to gather information and generate reports
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, memos and other documents
  • Answer phones and reroute calls to the correct team member or take detailed messages
  • File and retrieve corporate records, documents and reports
  • Research data to prepare documents for review and presentation by board of directors and executives
  • Help prepare leadership for meetings
  • Accurately record minutes from meetings
  • Use of various software
  • Provide general admin support

Required Skills and Experience:


  • 2+ years experience as an executive assistant
  • 2 year college degree or higher
  • Ability to organize a daily workload
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
