LPN and RN 3-11pm shift $5,000 sign on bonus Job Opening

$ 5,000.00 sign on bonus. Premium rates and opportunities for Tuition reimbursement. There are part time and full time positions available. Must hold a current LPN/RN license in New Hampshire. Delivering care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning and intervention, implementation and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents, their families and other health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing. Assesses, plans, directs and evaluates total nursing care as determined by the residents age related physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and resident's care plans.
