C.N.A. Classes Job Opening

Shoals C.N.A. Academy is offering C.N.A. classes. Please pick up information and applications at Community Care Hospice, 115 Helton Court, Florence, AL 35630, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday.

TUITION FEES:

• Registration Fee: $25.00
• Tuition: $300.00
• Background Check: $15.00+ (Depends on state/counties in which student has lived)
• Hepatitis B (First Injection): $75.00
• TB Skin Test (2): $10.00 each (1 prior to start of class and 1 after classes begin)
• Drug Screen: $10.00 for urine screening and $15 for oral screening
• Book Deposit: $75.00

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES FOR 1ST DAY:

• Uniforms must be purple, eggplant, or similar color
• Pen and Pencil
• Paper or Notebook
• Watch WITH A SECOND HAND (Analog)
