Job Duties Include:
We're seeking an individual that enjoys their work time as much as their down time! This is a fun and laid back environment that aims to bring out the best in clinician and patient alike. There are seven pediatric therapists in the practice and you'll have the opportunity to learn from them as well as have exposure to the adult/ortho/hand therapy side of the practice, too. Facility is light and bright with plenty of treatment areas and a therapy pool.
Benefits include competitive pay rates, medical, dental, vision insurance. Employer pays 85% of premium. You'll get 4 weeks of PTO, 401k with match and a generous continuing ed allowance as well as 3 CEU days for any course that requires travel. Six paid holidays and annual cost of living increase is also offered.
You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).

- Seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric/adult clinic setting and 15 fellow therapists
- We're looking for primarily sensory and developmental delay experience especially in children with autism
- Average age of patients are 2-10
- You'll work with children and their families in a supportive environment so that they can overcome the effects of disability and injury
- Facility features a large gym and a therapy pool

- Perform evaluations using appropriate assessment protocols
- Design and implement developmental goals
- Maintain treatment records, adjust treatment plans as needed
- Develop supportive and professional relationship with family and caregivers
- Use assistive tech and equipment as needed
- Be a part of the team
