LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Opening

Current LA licensure required and must be unencumbered. Responsible for 36+ residents per hall. Duties include assessment, medication pass, supervision of aides, admissions, wound care, completion of all required charting. IV certification and experience with PICC lines and peripheral lines. Must be caring and understanding of the unique needs of a diverse group of residents who live in the facility. Applicant must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team.
