Absolute Wellness Healing Spa is seeking an experienced customer relations team member with proven sales and strong work ethic to join our location.

As a guest advisor, you are the face of our spa. Our guest advisors portray a polished and professional demeanor at all times. Guest Advisors are friendly, courteous and go above and beyond so each guest feels as if they’re a guest in our home. We pride ourselves in hiring quality professionals who advocate the true meaning of an exceptional guest experience and build a long lasting rapport for guests to return again and again.

Responsibilities: Our guest advisors are diligent self-starters, must be ethical and demonstrate strong communication and proven sales skills. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests at every touch point and guest advisors must be proficient at:

• MindBody scheduling software

• Building guest relationships by scheduling them with specialist best suited to their treatment needs

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Checking guests in and out, and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education to guests regarding our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of guest advisor responsibilities
• Meeting monthly sales goals

• Complete regular online training courses as well as frequent hands on trainings for products

Requirements: To work as a guest advisor at Absolute Wellness Healing Spa, you must have a minimum high school diploma. You must speak articulately, have the ability to multitask, have patience, and a desire to help people achieve wellness. You must be reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven. You must be a professional, and a team player .You must advocate a drug & alcohol-free workplace and be willing to commit to 12 months at the minimum. Strong combined education, proven and previous sales success, customer service/ administrative and retail experience is required. Esthetics or massage knowledge is desired.
