We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to provide home care services to our clients in the Selma, AL area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enabling patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient conditions; providing support and personal services.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care
• Provide prompt communication of changes in client medical status/emergencies to Nurse Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in the State of Alabama
• CPR certified (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Valid Driver’s License (if assigned to a case with driving privileges)
• Experience working with spinal cord or brain injury patients is preferred
• Tracheal and/or ventilator equipment is a plus
