Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is seeking a full-time Primary Care APRN/nurse practitioner to work in its modern outpatient practice in Vernon, Connecticut. You will enjoy working alongside a highly skilled internal medicine physician Monday through Friday with no call or weekend call coverage. We are interested in a nurse practitioner who is clinically successful and puts patient care at the forefront.

ECHN is a community healthcare system comprised of more than 300 active medical staff members with two acute-care hospitals, a skilled/subacute facility, home care agency, a comprehensive cancer center and multiple outpatient services centers. It has a prominent family medicine residency program, the latest in robotic surgical systems including the new Mako robotic assisted knee/hip replacement system and the Xi daVinci robot along with highly regarded programs including the ECHN Center for Weight Loss and the Women’s Center for Wellness.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Graduate advanced degree of an accredited nurse practitioner program
  • Prefer one or more years of experience
  • Active or eligible Connecticut nurse practitioner license, Federal DEA, controlled-substance registration
