We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team!

NP/PA is responsible for performing physical exams, ordering appropriate lab tests, and evaluating those tests, to ensure quality care of the patient.

The NP/PA is also responsible for electronic medical record entries which reflect the patient's healthcare within the allotted time frame.

This is an independent contracting position and we desire candidates with 1-3 days per week of availability.

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant must be well versed in their ability to perform the following exams:

• Range of motion (using a goniometer)
• Diabetes (monofilament)
• PAP
• Pelvic
• Rectal
• Smell/Taste Test
• Cognitive Screenings
• Musculoskeletal

Qualifications & Requirements:

• United States Citizenship
• Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Medical Doctor (NP, PA, MD)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Graduated from Accredited School (NLNAC or CCNE)
  (The degree must have been obtained from an institution whose accreditation was in place for the year in which the course of study was completed.)
• Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery
• Assigned MD/DO Supervising/Collaborative Physician in the same State
• Ability to travel to the assigned clinic locations; as needed
